We will ask you about your problem and use our detailed knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, sports injuries and medical conditions to form a diagnosis. We examine your muscles and joints to find out the type and extent of damage. Treatment may include massage, stretching and gentle manipulation, as well as an explanation of your problem in plain language, and appropriate rehabilitation exercises and general advice. We may refer for X-rays or other tests to clarify the diagnosis and ensure safe treatment. More information and explanations are available on our FAQs page.
During a return or follow-up visit we find out how you are progressing, provide further examination, treatment and advice.
Our policy is that you can change or cancel an appointment at no charge as long as you give us 24hrs notice. If less than 24hrs notice is given to change or cancel an appointment, we do charge a partial consultation fee. If there is an emergency, please give us a call.
