Postage & Delivery

Products: We use Australia Post delivery services and offer a Registered Post option at Checkout. Customers are notified by email when orders have been dispatched, with a unique Registered Post tracking number. We recommend Registered Post, as it is the least expensive insured option. For postage options other than Registered Post simply place your order over the phone.

Vouchers: We use regular Australia Post delivery services for vouchers, unless the voucher is bundled with products. We guarantee replacement of any loss or damage incurred in the delivery process.

Delivery Times: For items in stock and upon payment we aim to deliver within 3 working days. A delay in the delivery time will occur if items are out of stock. Customers will be notified of this situation with an approximate new delivery time before an order is processed. Customers have the option to retract their order and receive a full refund if they are not satisfied with the new delivery schedule.

Postage & Handling Costs

Australian orders: Postage costs are automatically calculated and added during Checkout according to the current Registered Post payment schedule.

International orders: At this stage, we are unable to process international orders via our shopping cart. You must place your order over the phone.

Loss & Damage

Products: Australia Post insures all products shipped with Registered Post. During the order process you will receive a confirmation email containing an Australia Post tracking number. This is a unique identification number for each package sent. Products shipped with Registered Post require a signature obtained on delivery. Please contact us should loss or damage occur in the delivery process.

Vouchers: We guarantee Vouchers delivered via regular Australia Post for any loss or damage incurred in the delivery process.


We do not normally give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or exchange if the product is faulty or not the same as the sample shown to you.

Privacy & Security Standards

We currently use PayPal to allow you to purchase goods or services online using any major credit or debit card. We want you to order with confidence and peace of mind that your credit card number and details remain secure and private. When you send a payment using PayPal, we do not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.

Please Note: You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. Simply use PayPal to securely process your credit or debit card.

Over The Phone Payment

To purchase over the phone call Hosford Health Clinic reception on 03 9752 6880. You will be guided through the payment process. There is no need to complete the shopping cart process. Payment methods accepted are Visa and Mastercard. AMEX and Diners cards are not accepted.
