Fantastic opportunity to work in a well established, and highly reputable boutique osteopathy clinic. High exposure building on main street corner with ample parking for patients. Reception and waiting area shared across three furnished consultation rooms. Services and facilities provided include linen, treatment tables, full-time reception, in-room computers, online and phone-in bookings, practice management software, Eftpos and HICAPS (transaction and rental fees covered), internet access, online profile page, clinic intranet for communication between practitioners and staff, and online access to files, notice boards, and more.

3 shifts minimum. Shifts typically 4.5 hours. Morning, afternoon or full day shifts available. Clinic is open Monday-Saturday.

Earn more with full treatment fees generally charged to patients regardless of EPC/TAC/DVA/WC to maximise your revenue and avoid non-payment.

We are not actively seeking new receptionists, however feel free to express your interest should an opportunity arise.

Seeking a receptionist to work 3-4 shifts/wk of approx 4-6hours duration. Fill-in shifts are required while co-receptionists are on holidays/unwell/unavailable.

Boutique osteopathic clinic with 3 consulting rooms. One receptionist is on duty at a time. You would be part of a competent and friendly three receptionist team. There are 2 reception shifts per day. As an example, weekday shifts are 8:00am - 2:00pm and 1:45pm - 6:00pm (15min change-over at 1:45 - 2:00pm). Saturdays shifts are 7:30am - 12:30pm.

Start of day: Reception opens clinic and arrives 30mins before practitioners begin treating to get the clinic ready.

End of day: Reception stays until practitioners finish and reception closes the clinic. Staff generally leave together.

Payment is calculated according to actual hours worked on the day and includes any overruns, say 15mins. Employment is under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award MA000027.

Required Selection Criteria
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and arithmetic skills
Desirable Selection Criteria
  • Experience as a receptionist in a medical or health setting
  • High competence in navigating and using computer software
