Firstly through complimentary 5-minute phone appointments with your preferred practitioner. This is for existing patients and is available now. Secondly, with more in-depth video appointments.

A camera enabled phone or computer is all you need. No apps to download. Super easy and secure.

Book a time

Go to our booking page and select a 'Video Appointment' time with your preferred practitioner. Book Now

Receive a confirmation email

Instructions will be sent via email within 5 minutes of booking. At the time of your appointment, press the 'Join Appointment' link.

Join your call

Press 'Connect to Call'. Your practitioner will do the same.

Cleaning and sanitising

Increased frequency of sanitisation and cleaning of clinic surfaces. Turning or replacing towels and linen with every patient. Removal of any non-essential items, such as magazines and toys.


Removing contact at reception

Providing a safe distance from reception desk. No use of pens or signing of eftpos slips. Tap and Go for payments recommended. No cash handling. Option to pay at time of booking with online bookings.


Screening of high risk patients

Anyone who has travelled to a high risk country or has had contact with someone with the virus suspends treatment at the clinic.

Online payments available

You can make a debit or credit card payment over the phone, or prepay during the online booking process. We will issue a receipt for you to claim from private health funds or medicare for EPCs.


Masks and Goggles

When required, practitioners are wearing masks and goggles and following infection control procedures.
